Vinification: pre-fermentative cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature by indigenous yeasts.
Aging 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
The marked flavor and saltiness, the typical balsamic nature of the Mediterranean scrub are intertwined with white and yellow flowers, citrus fruits, with the clayey soil which reveals itself giving fullness.
