A wine obtained from a careful selection from our vineyards with best exposure, from 100% Verdicchio grapes and indigenous yeasts.
A wine made "by subtraction", trying to bring the grape variety and the extraordinary characteristics of the Matelica terroir to the foreground. The result is a Verdicchio with an immediate, authentic and frank expressiveness.
Vigneto Pagliano Located in the heart of the company, it is a vineyard that is about 20 years old and extends for almost 20 hectares at an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level
The vineyard is mainly composed of the native Verdicchio. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone.

Exposure and altitude: south-west, 350 m above sea level. - Training system: counter-espalier

Fermentation: at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and the sole use of indigenous yeasts
