Vigneto Pagliano Located in the heart of the company, it is a vineyard that is about 20 years old and extends for almost 20 hectares at an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level
The vineyard is mainly composed of the native Verdicchio. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone.
First year of production: 2015
Exposure and altitude: south-west, 350 m above sea level. - Training system: counter-espalier
Harvest period: end of September
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and the sole use of indigenous yeasts
