Ngricca's italian "Amaro Blond" represents the very essence of our Agridistillery,
Since in its conception and subsequent production process we started from the idea of using a niche and truly excellent product of our territory, working with peculiar and scrupulous methodologies to make the most of the raw material, in perfect coherence, therefore , with our production philosophy.
The raw material, as the name wants to express, is mainly represented by the rare Piceno Blond Orange, a historic citrus fruit grown in the Piceno coastal strip that goes from San Benedetto del Tronto to Pedaso, thus changing the typical geographical location of the citrus fruits that reach ripening outside the classic area of southern Italy.
The Piceno Blonde Orange is recognized as part of the agricultural biodiversity of the Marches and represents a historical citrus fruit of the Adriatic coast, whose cultivation dates back to the first half of the fourteenth century and continued until the early twentieth century in the historic citrus groves of the coast .
Today, unfortunately, the productive citrus groves are very few and of limited size but more and more, also thanks to the work of those like us, who are trying to recover this precious cultivation.
Our Amaro Biondo, given the scarcity of raw material, is produced in limited and numbered quantities, while stocks last.
Biondo wants to explore the essence of the citrus amaro typical of southern Italy, but he does it with a peculiar citrus fruit that gives unique and perfectly distinguishable aromas and organoleptic characteristics.
In Biondo you will feel the very essence of Orange, with a particularly lively and exciting aromatic bouquet, all supported by numerous other ingredients (we are talking about 36 different botanicals) that surround, enhancing the main ingredient.
Biondo has a very particular and meticulous production process, as it starts with an infusion of Biondo orange peel in organic cereal alcohol, followed by steam distillation to thus produce an orange alcoholate, which is again macerated with other botanicals processed and dried in a strictly artisanal way, and Slavonian oak wood, then we proceed to a mild filtration so as not to eliminate the precious aromatic oils of the orange peels, and finally sweetening with our Honey and fructose.
The product obtained is a fresh product, ready to drink, given the low alcohol content but at the same time complex and aromatically balanced, with hints of vanilla, wet grass, exotic fruits and toasted coffee.
A unique and inimitable product that we invite you to enjoy fresh as it is or with an ice cube, or to use as a triple sec for the preparation of highly effective mixology.
