Corradetti anisette is born from the reconstruction of an ancient recipe (dating back to the second half of the 19th century) which combines the precious essence of green anise from Castignano with the sweetness of the fruits and botanicals of the high Piceno hills and the exotic flavor of spices oriental.
It is a sweet liqueur, with a velvety and sensual taste, with sweet and inebriating notes, produced with a special anise: the green anise of Castignano, which is a Slow Food presidium.
The aroma is obtained by infusion and steam distillation with organic alcohol.
Thanks to the active ingredients and the high anethole content (94%) in Castignano Anise, there is an intense aroma and a sweet, fresh taste reminiscent of liquorice and mint.
Corradetti anisette, tasted pure, enhances its digestive qualities on the rocks, with a splash of lemon and tonic water, it transforms into a thirst-quenching drink.
