Production area: Stacciola. Marche PU - Soil type: medium texture - clayey.
Harvest time: third ten days of September
Harvesting method: grapes harvested by hand in small crates, selection of grapes in the vineyard by thinning.
Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, cold static decantation of the musts. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Rest on the fine lees.
Refinement: in small oak barrels for 12 months. Bottle aging for 3 months.
Organoleptic test
Crystal clear, golden yellow
Flowers and fruit with yellow pulp of good intensity; Spicy notes, vanilla above all.
Dry, warm, soft, with good freshness and flavor.
Pairings: accompanies even complex meat and fish preparations; it also goes perfectly with cured meats and cheeses, even aged, from the area.
