Estrosé SorRico Charmat method rosé sparkling wine
Production area: Stacciola. Brands PU.
Soil type: medium texture - clayey.
Harvest time: first week of August.
Harvesting method: grapes harvested by hand in small crates, selection of grapes in the vineyard by thinning.
Vinification: carbonic skin maceration of the grapes directly in the press for one day, soft pressing of the whole bunches, cold static decantation of the musts. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Rest on the fine lees.
Refermentation in autoclave. raw dosage
Aging: 4 months in steel vats on the fine lees, 3 months in the bottle
Organoleptic test
Brilliant color, claret pink, fine and persistent bubbles
Hints of rose and red flowers; notes of pink grapefruit, small red fruits and crunchy cherry, red fruit candy.
Dry, quite warm, soft, with good freshness.
Pairings: Perfect both as an aperitif and with land and sea appetizers. Mixed fries. Local cured meats and cheeses
