Organoleptic notes
Intense straw yellow colour,
on the nose it expresses itself with notes of yellow pulp fruit, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs.
On the sip we find it fresh, easy to drink, with pleasant mineral and savory sensations on a persistent finish.
It pairs well with fish or white meat dishes, excellent with fried fish.
