Vineyard location 200 meters above sea level - Vineyard exposure south – south east
The system is high spurred cordon; central curtain
Soil type: sandy/clayey
Harvest: end of September/first ten days of October, grapes harvested by hand and in small crates
Winemaking: selection of grapes during the harvest and in the cellars with the use of a vibrating table and sorting table. Long maceration of over 20 days and crushing. Thermo-controlled vinification and fermentation in stainless steel.
Aging: In wood for 14-18 months, assembly of the best woods and bottling operations. Bottle refinement for 6 months.

Deep ruby red, intense, thick;

Soft, almost sweet with tannins present that are not dry, not green but ripe and non-astringent, of quality
