A red rich in body and structure, produced with only Montepulciano grapes, is aged in traditional oak barrels for a year before being put to consumption. It combines the typical aromas of Morello Rosso Rosso, an important but pleasantly soft structure. If it is well preserved it is a wine that is long aging.

Complex, broad, intense and persistent bouquet. Rich with hints of ripe fruit, plum, morello cherry and jam.
Soft and warm taste with pronounced tannins, elegant and pleasant. Consumption if well preserved, can age 4 - 6 years.
Pairings indicated with red meats, game and cheeses of good seasoning.
