Organoleptic characteristics
Ruby red color with violet reflections, with persistent red foam.
Characteristic fruity aroma of Vernaccia Nera.

Pairings: Platter of cold cuts and cheeses, ideal paired with local products such as ciauscolo, pecorino and dry sweets typical of the area.

The goal is to carry on with firm conviction the work of enhancing the indigenous grape variety, Vernaccia Nera and to preserve its traditional drying, still carried out in a natural way today.
The local winemaking methods have been combined with the experience of external technicians, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, aimed at a style of agriculture that is attentive and responsible towards the environment, collaborators and the local community.
