Matty American IPA top-fermented amber beer from the Del Gomito brewery in the Marche region.
Classic blend of malts, with delicate notes of caramel, the aroma of a fine and generous dry hopping prevails.
The wort is obtained with Pale Ale, Cara Vienna, Crystal barley malts and oat flakes and from Columbus-type bittering hops and Cascade, Citra and Centennial-type aroma hops. It is fermented with yeast of the Saccharomyces Cerevisiae strain.
Ingredients: water, barley malts, oat flakes, hops, yeast and sugar. Contains gluten
IBU (bitterness unit) 45 – °P (degree plato) initial 12.0 – °P (degree plato) final 2.4Alc. - 5.5% vol
It goes well with red first courses, red and grilled meats, game, cold cuts in general and particularly seasoned pizza.
