Italian BREZZA di MARE, GOSE style lager beer from "del Gomito brewery".
From the sour and citrus notes, due to the fermentation with Lactobacilli and to the light sapidity due to the use of sweet sea salt from the Camillone di Cervia Reserve, it is very fresh, drinkable and thirst-quenching.
The must is obtained with Pilsner and wheat malts. The light hopping is done with Magnum and Styrian Golding, with the addition of codiandolo and orange peel in the finish. It is fermented with yeast from the Saccharomyces Cerevisiae strain.
It goes well with all fish first courses, preferably with appetizers and marinades. With white meats and all marinated meats, as well as pizza with delicate toppings.
Serve at 4 - 6 ° C.
