Vinification: hat emerged with frequent daily pumping over for about 6/8 days at a temperature of 25/30 degrees, after racking, passage in barrique where it naturally carries out the malolactic fermentation
Aging: 16 months in French oak barrels, 6 months in bottle before being put on the market

Intense ruby red color with fine and clean aromas with predominance of red berry fruits.
