Harvest Harvested in small containers in mid-September, the grapes are sent to the company where, after a careful and further selection, they are vinified

Fermentation After destemming, the grapes are conveyed into steel fermenters, where they ferment at a controlled temperature. The maceration on the skins lasts for about 20 days, during which the pumping over is daily and almost exclusively closed to preserve the fruity and floral aromas characteristic of this grape.
