BESTIALE Strong Bitter - Red Craft beer by Italian Brewery Del Gomito.
Slightly hoppy, where prevail notes of caramel and roasted malts that give it a pleasant taste reminiscent of licorice and coffee.
The must is obtained with Pilsner malt, Vienna, Munich Cara-Cara-Pils and Chiccolate by adding very small percentage of wheat malt and hops bittering and aroma like Magnum, Perle and Saaz.
It is fermented with yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain.
