pale straw yellow in color with barely perceptible greenish reflections.
On the nose, the primary and secondary aromas blend together, giving off fruity hints of peach, apricot and green apple accompanied by floral hints of hawthorn.
On the palate it is fresh, balanced, with a moderate alcohol content, characteristics that make it a wine to be enjoyed when young and to be enjoyed mainly in the summer period, perhaps even as an aperitif.
Pairings: seafood appetizers, fried and grilled fish.
It pairs well with pasta with delicate sauces or vegetable risottos.
Thanks to its acidity, it can also accompany boiled meats and fatty meats.
We love our territory.
The goal is to enhance the original vines of the Macerata area, in fact each wine reproduces the character, strength and pleasantness of the land of origin, making you savor its aromas and peculiarities.
