The vineyard is managed exclusively by hand, so as to keep the landscape intact, while winemaking with traditional methods supports and highlights the characteristics of the grapes produced.

The vineyards of the Villa Lazzarini Agricultural Company are located in Cimarella di Macerata, halfway up the hill on the south-east side, 200 meters above sea level and occupy an area of eight hectares.
