Winemaking: Fermentation for one part with maceration on the skins and frequent punching down, the other until mid-fermentation with the skins and racking and end of fermentation without.
Aging in conical barrels for 9 months.
Organoleptic characteristics
Fine and elegant Sangiovese, which focuses more on freshness than opulence.
Aromatic complement of bright red fruit and spice in the background.
Pairing: Appetizers and meat first courses. It doesn't disdain spicy white meats.
Satisfaction for those of wine is a true lover.
