An ancient Malvasia vineyard, a long drying and maturation in small barrels give us this elegant passito wine.
Brilliant gold color with amber reflections,
citrus aromas of mandarin, candied fruit, chamomile, honey and dehydrated apricots.
Delicate ethereal notes. In the mouth it is enveloping, soft and warm, perfectly balanced by the fresh-savory note which maintains its vivacity. The finish is elegant and pleasantly long.
It is excellent for meditation, combined with blue cheeses, dry biscuits, homemade tarts and desserts with citrus creams. Apple strudel with cinnamon.
