It was born from the desire to give added value to our "firstborn", the Visciolata del Cardinale. Intense and enveloping taste, the result of its placement in a cherry barrel, which has cared for and refined the Acquavite Ammalia for 10 years, thus releasing hints of almond combined with a fruity bouquet of sour cherries.
Inedita is enjoyed in small glasses, previously oxygenating it in a decanter, at a temperature of 13-15 C°, both at the end of a meal with dry pastries, but also as an aperitif. Also excellent as a meal in combination with mature cheeses and red meats, including game.
Heir to an ancient recipe, handed down from their ancestors.
In the family there is a sort of gratitude to the sea and to the time that, by shaping the lands, have shaped such a beautiful region and created a very particular terrain, suited to the spontaneous birth of wild cherries (sour cherries).
