The ancestor Teodoro Bonati, eighteenth-century Enlightenment and "engineer", distinguished himself in the search for the laws that regulate the dynamics of nature and in particular in that of the movement of water.

Vinification: Maceration in March for 26 days with crushings
Alcoholic Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks - Malolactic Fermentation: Completely performed in barriques

Organoleptic examination
Colour: magnificent deep ruby - red colour
Bouquet: Very rich bouquet of large aromatic spectrum with hints of melted delicious vanilla notes, ripe plum, red fruit, cherry, and sweet spices notes.
Palate: round, soft and silky, thanks to complete ripping of tannins of grape. Long and persistent taste in the mouth.

Matchings: Sophisticated first courses, game and all type of roasted meat, pasta dishes with meat sauces.
