A family passion, from the past to today.
17th / 18th centuries - The Sorbatti family, in the first half of the 17th century, bought "terrae vineatae" belonging to the Abbey of Fiastra teodoro bonati
19th century - We are in the 19th century and the competition from American durum wheat generates a serious crisis in the area. Unlike others, the Family does not dismember the property. On the contrary: it keeps it intact and focuses on the education of the new generations. The great-great-grandfather specializes in agriculture and the great-grandfather graduates in law, later becoming a notary.
20th century - The two grandparents, including Camà, the first female engineer in the Marche region, set up a design company. The daughter meets Antek, a Polish officer, after a few months they get married, and their children expand the property.
Year 2000, New Millennium - The brothers begin to look at their land with different eyes. No longer just wheat, but also and above all vineyards.
This is their project: to tell and show this land, loved and guarded as a treasure by their ancestors, to highlight it through the narration of wine.
Territory means origin, history, traditions and our "mission" is the care of the individual expression of wines, the research and exaltation of Typicality, that unmistakable identity that some lands are able to transmit to the vineyards that insist on them.
Each vineyard is the vine from which it is made, the soil on which it stands, is chemical and physical, it is the "laboratory" in which water and minerals, air, sun and dew flow into the plant cared for by the hand of man. Earth and elements Native vines.

The cellar - Living and working spaces designed and created to bring together tradition and structural rigor, design and innovation in harmony.
Natural space, ideal harmony - This is where that work of refining all the components takes place, the definition of expressiveness, thanks to the constant temperature, controlled humidity, in the dark, in silence, in waiting.
Scheggia: the tasting room - It is the environment created specifically for tastings, with a special panoramic view of the barrel cellar. The protagonist is the large table, a symbol of the Family which, starting from this place, crosses spaces and experiences and then returns to its land.
Bottaia, wood and the identity of wine - Wine and Wood: related and accomplices. The wood preserves the wine so that it matures, becoming velvety and harmonious, enriching itself with all its peculiarities and uniqueness.
Barricaia, the place of improvement - It is the space dedicated to barriques, in this extraordinary laboratory the process of natural wine elaboration is carried out in an even more intense way.
We are in the center of the peninsula and the Marche, halfway between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Sea, in the land of the Piceni; on the border of two treasures: a Nature Reserve and an archaeological site.
Urbs Salvia was an ancient and great city of Piceno, a Roman colony and municipality. Today Urbisaglia, on which the Orange Flag flies, is a town that dominates the Fiastra valley, surrounded by walls, a worthy heir of that distant and glorious Roman city of which we find rich testimony in the Archaeological Park.
Not far from the inhabited center stands the Abbey of Chiaravalle di Fiastra, with the church, with its Cistercian architectural forms, the Monastery and the palace of the Giustiniani Bandini princes, seat of the Abbadia di Fiastra Nature Reserve, which covers 1,825 hectares of land.
