Vinification: Soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation in red for 12 - 18 days at a controlled temperature (24 - 28 ° C); storage in stainless steel tanks first and aging in oak barrels then for n. 12 months
Organoleptic examination
Color - intense and lively, with a tendency to garnet.
Nose: notes of red fruits, amarasca, currant, with notes of chocolate stand out
Taste: rightly tannic, excellent sapid, long, velvety body
