Verdicchio di Matelica DOC bio Bisci is a fresh and versatile Marche wine obtained entirely from Verdicchio grapes.
The grapes harvested by hand and in boxes are immediately transported to the cellar.
After a soft pressing and destemming, the white wine is made through the cold decantation of the must. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks at a temperature below 20°C.
The wine undergoes an aging in the bottle for 2 months.
Organoleptic test
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass;
the nose reveals intense hints of white flowers and white pulp fruit.
The sip is full, fruity and fresh, with excellent balance.
Excellent in combination with fish-based first courses and second courses or white meat main courses.
"Bisci is a heavyweight in the small DOC Verdicchio di Matelica. Here the size and quality go hand in hand, and the Verdicchio di Bisci are among the best in the Marche.
I especially like the fact that they are very loyal to the Matelica terroir: with important acidity and refined, with a dry quality similar to Riesling. " Ian D'Agata
