Land composed of marls, limestone banks and sandstones.

Harvest: Exclusively manual
Vinification: the Chardonnay is harvested in the last ten days of August in crates in the coolest hours, de-stemmed and transferred to a steel tank for a maceration on the skins for 2 to 4 days until the hat is lifted and subsequently racked.
Fermentation starts spontaneously with the usual indigenous yeasts and continues at a controlled temperature. Verdicchio and Malvasia are harvested approximately in the second decade of September in the coolest hours, followed by soft pressing of the grapes with stalk and indigenous fermentation at controlled temperature with Chardonnay inoculation
Aging: Blending of the two wines in December. Aging on the fine lees for 6 months totals. Bottling in April after light sulphitation.
Organoleptic analysis
Straw yellow Complex, floral nose.
Full and fragrant taste, excellent flavor and minerality given by the limestone of the Conero rock.
Persistent, excellent verticality of Verdicchio closed by the softness of Chardonnay.
Pairings: Excellent with fish appetizers, oysters and crudités, fish first courses and second courses prepared genuinely, sea bass in salt. Cheese and pepper. An all-day wine, from the aperitif to the meal served by the sea.
