The earth and the light. Magnetic is the moon that guides us. This wine is an expression of our sea culture, of the tradition that wants the vinification of red grapes to give life to a wine of light.

Vinification: The grapes are brought to the cellar in the coolest hours of the day and immediately softly pressed to extract only the free-run must of the red grapes.
No maceration on the skins.
Spontaneous fermentation without the addition of selected yeasts at low temperatures for a month.
Aging: 6 months on the lees, shaking until bottling. The earth and the light.

Antique pink color.
Complex nose, red fruit, aromatic herbs, thyme and wild rose.
On the palate, lively and fresh, excellent flavor and minerality given by the limestone of the Conero rock. Soft and stimulating drink it.
Pairings: Crustaceans, molluscs and fish prepared in the oven. Excellent combination with the traditional stockfish all'anconetana. Short-aged cheeses, fresh vegetables, spicy foods.
