Harvest: Manually in boxes in the morning.
Vinification: Soft pressing, static decantation of the free-run must at cold temperatures and fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
Organoleptic notes
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
There are great notes of citrus, grapefruit, grapefruit peel, orange; followed by sensations of orange blossom, a saline note typical of Verdicchio returns in the second instance which completes the aromatic sensations.
It has a good soft attack followed by an important acidity, balanced by a certain flavour. In the retronasal way, the citrus and savory notes are found for a long time.
Pairings: Appetizers, fish-based dishes, first courses, white meats or as an aperitif. Also good with vegetables and pizza.
