Moncaro has always been sensitive and attentive to the problems in the production chain related to sustainability and respect for the environment, the territory of origin and the final consumer. The Wine Research Team (WRT) project fully embodies these objectives.
The wines thus produced guarantee a long evolution over time and such as to make the wine express, unequivocally, its territory of origin and the varietal characteristics of the grapes.

Structured wine that expresses itself well even two or three years after the harvest
Pairings: Shellfish appetizers, raw fish and white seafood sauces; excellent on fried and baked or grilled fish, white meats.
Heart and memory of the territory. Moncaro has always been characterized by the strong local roots of the Marche Region and its environment. He feels expression of the culture of the Marches and it is the heart.
