50 years of history in the Marche viticulture and more than 30 of experience in the organic sector have allowed us to extend our philosophy to all the vineyards, totally aimed at the quality of the productions and the environment.
Moncaro began the organic cultivation of the vine in 1980.
All the vineyards are cultivated according to sustainability and balance criteria, trying to prevent rather than cure diseases thanks to the monitoring of the weather conditions and the maintenance of the balanced conditions of the vine, which is stronger and more resistant.
Moncaro declines its system of values with the aim of guiding and sharing, with continuity and effectiveness, the decisions and choices that guide the company's business. In the belief that every activity is a profitable exchange that leads to the achievement of institutional objectives, the reference values that inspire its action combine the performance of the entrepreneurial role with principles of correctness and transparency, scrupulously respecting all regulatory requirements and promptly communicating with all its interlocutors.
Customer satisfaction is the company's goal and the related actions can be summarized as follows:
- management and control of the production chain to obtain high quality standards for all types of wines produced;
- preservation of the typicality of the productions and exaltation of the area of origin to maintain its specificity;
- differentiation of the characteristics of the productions, through constant research aimed at improving company processes, with particular reference to the processes of definition and development of products, procurement, execution of the vinification and conditioning phases, handling of materials and products of delivery;
- compliance with the obligation to produce healthy wines and in compliance with the laws in force and our responsibility towards the customer.
The actions are also inspired by the implementation of a Company Code of Ethics as a fundamental tool for managing relationships and company strategies.
Acquavite, grappa, brandy but also craft beer complete our "card" and perfectly accompany the most varied courses, from entrèe to dessert.
Its cellars and vineyards are located in the most important wine-growing areas of the Marche region: in Montecarotto, in the classic area of Castelli di Jesi; in Camerano, on the slopes of Monte Conero; in Acquaviva Picena, in the upper Piceno area.
