CALAMARATA, This pasta has a link with the sea even in its name, which comes from the shape of the rings that are obtained by cutting the squid.

Smooth and spacious, but with a porous surface that attracts the sauce to itself, our calamarata manages to accompany and at the same time enhance the consistencies of the ingredients we decide to combine with them.

The countless fish recipes are perhaps the best known combination.
