La Mignola is typical of the area that goes from Monte Conero to Cingoli.
They are centuries-old plants called in every way: "Sargana", "Sanguinella", "Peperella" even "Scagacciona", due to the particular characteristic of its fruits, small, purple and with a soft pulp that flakes easily.
In addition to their monumental character, they have the particularity of making olives which if harvested at the right time have a very high quantity of beneficial properties and a unique aroma of berries.
Precisely due to the fact that it is a variety closely linked to the territory, it is recommended to combine it with other local products such as legume soups.
Medium fruity, herbaceous type, with hints of almond, artichoke and berries.
Notes of bitter and spicy of medium intensity; aftertaste of artichoke and aromatic herbs.
Green color with yellow reflections.
