Bronze-drawn spaghettoni and drying at low temperatures, using only wheat from mountain lands of the Sibillini Mountains, a truly uncontaminated environment: water and air, essential elements in the production of pasta, are of absolute quality.

The Regina dei Sibillini pasta, thanks to the high altitude cultivation of wheat, has a more intense flavor which makes it unique in the national panorama.
