Manual harvest
Vinified in steel. Matured for 10 months in steel and 10 in tonneau. Unfiltered.
Organoleptic notes
Straw yellow with gold reflections, brilliant.
On the nose there is immediately flint, yellow pulp fruit, hawthorn and acacia flowers, a light citrus note, chamomile flowers, sage, lime and light spiciness. In the mouth it finds the right balance, it is savory and with a fruity and mineral return on the finish. Very persistent.
Pairings: Sea bass fillet au gratin, light appetizers or lightly seasoned fish-based first courses.
