No clarification or filtration before bottling. Contains sulfites.

Soil: medium loose on a clayey base - Altitude: about 250 meters
Training system: Spurred cordon - Plant density per hectare: 300 plants per hectare
The harvesting of the bunches takes place manually, as well as their destemming.
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts.
Aging 18 long months in barrique and, subsequently, a further year directly in the bottle.
Organoleptic notes
Very intense ruby red color with violet hues.
Complex and evolved notes of black cherry, undergrowth, black pepper and cocoa make up the bouquet,
when tasted, a perfect balance between freshness and flavor is combined with a velvety tannic texture.
Aging wine perfect ally for land-based first courses based on red meat sauces. Also excellent in the company of long-aged cheeses and cured meats.
