Pale straw yellow, with bright golden reflections.
On the nose, pleasant aromas of linden flowers, hawthorn and jasmine intertwine with fruity hints of golden apple, pear and citrus.
On the palate it offers fruity and citrus notes, enriched by appreciable freshness and flavor.
Pairings - It goes perfectly with seafood first and second courses, such as spaghetti with seafood or scampi, lime and ginger risotto. It goes well with an stuffed olive stuffed with fish.
