Organoleptic characteristics
Ruby red with an intense color. Floral of rose-violet, macerated raspberry, pepper, licorice, balsamic, lively tannic and discreet softness.
Pairings : Braised red meat. It goes well with aged cheeses.
Satisfaction for those of wine is a true lover.
