Area: Ripatransone, Contrada Canali Mixed loose soil with the presence of limestone from 280 to 300 meters altitude
Training system: 4000 vines with guyot pruning - Yield / hectare: 80 quintals
Vinification: selection and collection in crates, soft pressing for a yield of about 60% with static cleaning of the musts, inoculation of the yeasts, fermentation and batonnage in barrique for 12/14 months.
Aging: about 3 months in steel, bottling

Bright straw yellow flecked with gold;
