The production process takes place from Verdicchio grapes grown with organic techniques certified by Suolo e Salute srl of Fano and involves the manual harvest of the grapes in boxes, and the immediate classic white vinification with soft pressing.

The refinement takes place in steel tanks.

Visual examination: straw yellow, bright with typical hints of white peach
Olfactory examination: delicate but persistent, pleasantly fruity, fresh and precise finishes with a slight hint of bitter almonds in the finish.
Taste test: harmonic dry, delicate and light, fresh and fruity with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, fish first courses, fish broths, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses.
To appreciate it in its fullness, it should be served cool without dropping below 10 ° C.
