In the mouth it is tasty, it tastes like wild strawberry, mandarin, strawberry tree, sour cherry, orange peel.
A very delicate and pleasing wine to the senses like a silk blouse, yet with a very classy style.
The finish is soft, long, savory, with a hint of musk, a touch of powder and a memory of bridal sugared almonds.
I would recommend serving it cold, but not very much, between 12 and 14 ° C in winter and a couple of less in summer.
