The Scuppa farm was founded in 2016 in the footsteps of the family business.
It specializes in the cultivation of olive groves and vineyards with the production of oil and wine.
The wine production of the Azienda Agricola Scuppa s.s.a. was born in the footsteps of a traditional winery for the production and marketing of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC wines thanks to the Scuppa Enrico family.
The founder's experience was first supported by his son Angelo and his wife Franca, who wanted the winery in Maccarone, a hamlet of Apiro on a splendid hill where the business center is still today, and subsequently by their children who introduced the traditional cellar to the 'adequate technology in the production and quality control of the wines produced.
For some years the company has embarked on a path that has led it to improve the grape cultivation processes, thanks to the organic cultivation techniques with which the vineyards are cultivated, as well as the production processes of wines that in terms of quality and genuineness try to be more and more responsive to market needs.
Owner of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC vineyards planted since 1970 in the countryside of Apiro, a small town in the Province of Macerata, at the foot of Monte San Vicino.
