Soil composition: Medium mixture
Vinification: Cooking of must in copper boilers for 10-12 hours up to a drop of between 30% and 50% of its initial volume and fermentation in oak and chestnut wood barrels
Aging: In barrels for at least 5 years up to 20 years with periodic repayments

Color: dark amber
Perfume: Fruity with hints of caramel and honey
Taste: Soft, sweet and persistent
Gastronomy: It is a dessert wine and goes very well with desserts and in particular with all dry pastries.
