Organoleptic test
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections,
the nose is broad and characterized by marked varietal notes, ripe nectarine peach, broom flowers, aromatic herbs of thyme and rosemary, sweet citrus fruit of mandarin and mineral notes.
In the mouth, warmth and softness are well supported by a solid acidity, the scents already perceived are all fully reconfirmed, with a fruity finish of quinces and a slight bitterness.
Wide spectrum of pairings, from cold cuts, even slightly aged cheeses, fried olives, fish-based first courses, mushrooms and vegetables, fish main courses, especially grilled ones.
