La Ribalta is a red that comes from a vine of the Grenache family, which in the Marche is called Bordò.
Red berry, spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and aging for another 2 years in barrique.
Organoleptic notes
Quite intense garnet red colour.
The nose reveals ample, elegant and persistent hints of ginger, licorice, cloves, black pepper and roses, currants, raspberries, cherries and undergrowth.
The balance between softness and tannin is such as to offer a flavor of perfect harmony, fine and elegant, structured, very rich, enveloping, pulpy with great volume where the scents already perceived on the nose are proposed again on the palate in all their fullness.
The finish is long and persistent, intense with ripe fruit.
Pair with red meat dishes of all kinds, from grilled to stews, roasts and braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
