Intense ruby red color with garnet hints.
On the nose it expresses notes of licorice, cinchona calissandra, cloves, freshly ripe plums, raspberries and sour cherries.
In the mouth the notes of fresh red fruit fully respond to those perceived on the nose with a fruity finish.
Pair with cold cuts and sausages, lightly matured cheeses, meat-based first courses, meat-based second courses in general
