The vineyards are exposed to the south-east with a high-performance temperature range between day and night and constant solar radiation for optimally ripe grapes.
The soil is clayey, which guarantees the formation of organic substances on which the nutritional capacity of the soil depends.
The harvest is manual
and in the cellar the fermentations take place in steel followed by cryomaceration.
It refines for 6 months in steel before being bottled.
Organoleptic examination
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections,
the nose is broad and characterized by strong varietal notes, ripe nectarine peach, broom flowers, aromatic herbs of thyme and rosemary, sweet citrus of mandarin and mineral notes.
In the mouth, warmth and softness are well supported by a solid acidity, the aromas already perceived are all fully reconfirmed, with a fruity finish of quinces and a slight bitterness.
Wide range of combinations, from cold cuts, even slightly mature cheeses, fried olives, first courses based on fish, mushrooms and vegetables, second courses with fish, especially grilled ones.
