The mixed chilli cheese is a fresh product with a creamy texture, light holes and medium maturation.
It is a typically Marche tradition to flavor cheese in various ways: flavoring cheese with chilli pepper is one of the most anchored in our territory.
Ingredients: pasteurized COW'S MILK, pasteurized SHEEP'S MILK, chilli pepper, salt, rennet, selected ferments, flavourings. Italian milk. Preservative free. Edible rind.
Minimum maturation time: 15 days
Food pairings: excellent table cheese and is often tasted sliced accompanied by a good slice of homemade bread or the typical "crescia" from the Marche region. It is used to flavor fresh salads and as a condiment for baked first courses.

Information to the consumer: the product must be stored at a temperature between 4° and 8°C and, before being consumed, it must be brought to room temperature in order to appreciate its full fragrance
