Everything starts from our mother yeast, the base of every single Pandoro (Christmas dessert), which we have been refreshing every day with love and passion for over 40 years.

Only with careful attention in the long and controlled fermentation process, combined with a selection of ingredients and products of the highest quality, especially from the region, we "produce" a top product with different fragrances and a delicious "softness" of our dough, a special feature that has been sought and conquered by our passion for pastry shops.
