"L'Or Ange" is our modern interpretation of an orange wine that can bring with it a whole year, without excluding anything, of our sea verdicchio, imbued with aromas and flavors that recall, with great complexity, fruit candied fruit, citrus jams, nuances of hydrocarbons, macerated flowers, minerals.

Vinified in natural: the fermentation is spontaneous with its own indigenous yeasts. Skins in constant maceration even post-fermentation for at least 20 days. The must is constantly monitored in order to extract the most pleasant aromas and obtain a balanced and modern wine.
Maturation: 4 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees with continuous batonnages
Refinement: At least 4 months in the bottle
Important meditation wine, intended for long refinements, suitable for aged cheeses, including blue ones, jam tarts, sweet meat stews.
