VILLA BIANCHI is a wine which takes its name from the farmhouse of the same name, nestling in the heart of the cultivation area of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi which the Bianchi family used to make by vinifying the grapes from the surrounding vineyard.
Today Villa Bianchi aims to express all the typical features of Verdicchio by bringing out in particular its aromatic notes of freshness and elegance. This is all achieved by careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, and through the use of vinification techniques aimed at preserving intact the aromatic character inherent in the variety.

The vineyards, aged between six and thirty years old, bred Guyot, are located in the hills between 150 and 300 meters above sea level, facing south / southwest. The average yield per hectare is between 90 and 100 quintals
The harvest is done by hand and normally takes place in the period from the mid to late September. Is constantly monitored maturation curves in order to determine the exact date of collection, aiming to preserve, in particular, a good acid profile, which is the basis of the freshness of this wine
Winemaking after a soft pressing the must is rapidly cooled and then be decanted in a static manner. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature maintained between 14 ° and 16 ° C and lasts for about 8-10 days. The wine does not undergo a malolactic fermentation. All stages of production, from picking to bottling, are performed cap or reduction, ie in the absence of oxygen, in order to preserve the primary aromas of the grapes and achieve greater organoleptic freshness. A short period of aging in steel, about 3 months before bottling sterile and cold.
