Carpentano comes from the vineyards on the hills of San Ginesio where Vernaccia Nera and Sangiovese have found the ideal conditions to develop.
From the grapes of these vines we obtain a fragrant wine with a particularly pleasant taste that expresses the enological traditions of the territory.

Production area: San Ginesio and neighboring municipalities
Altitude: between 300 and 400 meters above sea level with exposure on the SOUTH / EAST slopes of the hills of the Fiastrella valley.
Vinification and aging: The grapes are hand-picked according to the order of their ripeness.
The vinification of the different grapes takes place separately, the duration of fermentation on the skins is between 7 and 10 days.
After fermentation, the three wines are assembled in steel barrels.
After a few months, the wine is bottled, followed by a relatively short period of aging.

Ruby red with purple hues
Floral, fruity and spicy aromas of black pepper.
Fresh, balanced, persistent, harmonious and with pleasant tannins.
Pairings: wine for the whole meal that goes excellently with the specialties of our territory: salami such as ciauscolo and larded salami, fresh and semi-seasoned pecorino cheese, porchetta, fried lamb, boiled meat, vincisgrassi.
